Tailored environment and easter event for children and adults on the autistic spectrum to visit Lincoln Castle.

The team at Lincoln Castle have undergone Autism Awareness training and have worked alongside Lincoln's Parent Support Group PAACT who is affiliated to the Lincolnshire Autistic Society.
The Victorian Prison and Magna Carta experience will be adapted to create a more suitable environment for visitors with autism. Our Visit England Gold Accolade winning Front of House team will also be at hand to assist you throughout your visit.
If you require a moment away or a safe space, our sensory space will be available equipped with sensory toys. See the sign locating this inside of the Victorian Prison

The Langton's Café team will be serving food and drink from 9.00am - 10.00am

Our Easy Read Guide, which is specifically designed for young children and adults with Autism to take on their way around the Castle, can be downloaded as well as a Lincoln Castle Map to navigate yourself around the site. Ear defenders are available in the Lincoln Castle Shop.
