Workshop information

Join us for a creative and fun-filled workshop where you’ll learn the art of sculpting a hatching dragon using stoneware clay! This workshop is perfect for beginners, so no prior experience is needed. Under the expert guidance of our skilled tutor, Fiona Hodges, you’ll receive step-by-step instruction and demonstration to help you bring your very own dragon to life.

Throughout the session, you’ll explore the basics of sculpting with stoneware clay, learning essential techniques to shape, mould, and add details to your dragon. All materials are provided, so you can focus on your creative process without worrying about supplies.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have crafted a unique hatching dragon. Your creation will be carefully dried and fired, and once it’s ready, you can collect it from Indigo Crow Gallery or opt for it to be posted to your UK address. This process can take around 3 to 4 weeks.

This is a wonderful opportunity to try your hand at clay sculpting, unleash your creativity, and create a memorable piece of artwork!

Materials: All provided. Includes glazing and kiln firing costs.
